Chelyabinsk Regional Center of the Presidential Library dedicated a webinar to rear workers

Marking the Year of Remembrance and Glory, dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Great Victory, employees of the Chelyabinsk Regional Center of the Presidential Library held a webinar “Victory with a mark - made in Tankograd” on the VKontakte social network.

The purpose of the campaign is to talk about the labor feat of civilians who provided assistance and support to the Soviet Army. The event was preceded by a lot of preparatory work: hundreds of photographs of the war years were viewed, rare facts, statistics, and memories of home front workers were collected. All information is reflected in multimedia presentations.

Chelyabinsk Region is presented on the Presidential Library’s portal with a separate collection. It includes official and archival documents, studies, essays, statistical, graphic, cartographic and other means which spotlight the administrative structure, geographical location, demographic, economic, socio-political and other aspects of the history of Chelyabinsk Region
