The cooperation of the Presidential Library with the Kursk region has been developing since 2013. August 14, 2013 it was signed an agreement on cooperation with the N. N. Aseev Kursk Regional Scientific Library. July 17, 2014 it was signed an agreement on cooperation between the Presidential Library and the Centralized Library System of the city of Kursk. December 29, 2016 it was signed an agreement on cooperation with the South-Western State University.
