Photo project "We Accuse" reached finals of International Eurasia Award
The first international photo project in Russia and the world, We Accuse, created by the publishing house "New Regions of Russia" and Rodion Miroshnik, Ambassador-at-Large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, has reached the finals of the Eurasia International Award. The photo project is available in electronic form on the Presidential Library portal and can be viewed from anywhere in the world.

On October 9–10, 2025, the Presidential Library will participate in the Third International Scientific and Practical Conference "The State and Development of the Interstate System of Scientific and Technical Information."
Presidential Library's scientific and practical conference marks 80th anniversary of Great Victory
On October 7–9, 2025, the Presidential Library of the Administartive Directorate of the President of the Russian Federation will hold a scientific and practical conference on the preservation of cultural and historical heritage, entitled "The Presidential Library: the 80th Anniversary of the Great Victory." Representatives of libraries, archives, museums, educational and scientific institutions, public associations, and organizations at the federal and regional levels will take part in the conference.
Results of "Presidential Library. Regional network – 2025" contest
On October 8, 2025, at the 12th Annual Offsite Meeting of Regional Center Directors of the Presidential Library, the winners of the "Presidential Library. Regional Network – 2025" competition were awarded. Yuri Nosov, Director General of the Presidential Library, presented diplomas for the best competition entries to specialists from regional centers and electronic reading rooms.

October 8 marks the day of remembrance of St. Sergius of Radonezh (c. 1314–1392), one of the most revered saints of Ancient Rus.
Winners of Presidential Library's student contest announced
The Presidential Library has announced the results of a student competition held from March to September 2025. Coursework, final qualification papers, articles, reports, and other research materials were accepted. The jury evaluated them in three categories. Participants could submit no more than one work in each category.
Presidential Library shared information about historian Bella Galperina
On October 6, 2025, the Presidential Library hosted a lecture entitled "Historian, Archivist, and Human Being" as part of the "Knowledge about Russia" video lecture series. The audience learned about Bella Davydovna Galperina (1930–2022), Doctor of Historical Sciences and authoritative researcher of Russian history of the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
Presidential Library marks Teacher's Day
October 5 is Teacher's Day in Russia. This professional holiday was established 60 years ago, in 1965, by a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR and was celebrated on the first Sunday of October. In 1994, UNESCO declared October 5 International Teachers' Day, and Russia began celebrating this professional holiday on that date.
