The materials of the Collection "World War II in archival documents" tell about the history of Belarus
As part of the XX International Bibliological Conference, which is held at the National Library of Belarus on April 18 and 19, 2024, Dmitry Kosenko, specialist of the Department for International Cooperation of the Presidential Library, spoke about archival materials and documents about the history of Belarus presented in the Collection of digitized archival documents, film and photo materials "World War II in archival documents" on the portal The Presidential Library. The organizers are the Federal Archival Agency (Rosarchiv), the Administrative Directorate of the President of the Russian Federation and the Presidential Library.
The International Scientific and Educational Festival dedicated to the 90th anniversary of Yuri Gagarin held at the Presidential Library
Today, on April 19, 2024, the Reserve Center of the Presidential Library in Moscow hosted an International Scientific and Eeducational festival on the theme: "Yuri Gagarin - a Hero of our time", dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the birth of Hero of the Soviet Union, test pilot Yuri A. Gagarin. The festival is organized by the autonomous non-profit organization "Unique World" with the support of the administration of Vologda region.
Cooperation between the Presidential Library and Russia's new regions
The Presidential Library is developing cooperation with cultural, scientific and educational institutions in Russia's new regions. This was announced by Director General of the Presidential Library Yuri Nosov at a special event of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation “Project work on the full integration of libraries of new regions into the cultural space of the country”, which took place on April 18, 2024 within the framework of the All-Russian Forum “The Role of Central Libraries of Russian Regions in the Implementation of National project "Culture".
