The journal printed articles of a general state and political nature, theoretical developments in various branches of law, highlighted the practice of law enforcement agencies, courts, arbitration, information was provided on the legal life. Among the authors of the scientific articles are: Professors M. Grodzinsky, V. Trakhterov, V. Gordon, V. Koretsky, S. Landkof, G. Matveyev, D. Suslo, S. Tikhenko and others.
