In the center of the composition is an obelisk with text. The text on the one hand: "1941. The people glorious are always glorious, bringing the hour of the victory of the Great nearer by hard work"; text on the other side: "1945. The people are forever glorious in the battle of their sacred homeland, who defended freedom and life." To the right is an eternal flame and a memorial plate with the names of Heroes of the Soviet Union and Full Knights of the Order of Glory. Left - a memorial wall with bas-relief images. Sculptors: R.
