Built in the years 1828-1842. under the project of St. Petersburg architect V. Stasov in the Russian-Byzantine style on the site of the first stone Christian church of the Xth century. - Assumption of the Blessed Virgin (Desyatinnaya), destroyed in 1240. In 1935, in connection with the reconstruction of Kiev, the church was dismantled. |
