A creative meeting before making important decisions. The presentation of the book by Venezuelan Attorney General Tarek William Saab took place at the headquarters of the Russian Geographical Society.
The first copies of the book were received by the heads of the Presidential Library, the Russian National Library and the Chairman of the Council of the St. Petersburg Writers' Union. Also the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Venezuela was shown copies of the first national atlases of Latin and South America with handwritten notes from the cartographic fund of the Russian Geographical Society.
