On 18 June 2025, in the framework of the XXVIII St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, the Presidential Library of the Russian Presidential Property Management Directorate and the Archive Committee of St. Petersburg signed a cooperation agreement. The event took place at the Presidential Library before the round table "Materialisation of the Sovereign Digital Footprint".
The document was signed by Director General of the Presidential Library Yuri Nosov and Chairman of the St. Petersburg Archive Committee Peter Tishchenko.
