Artyom Zhoga, Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Urals Federal District (Urals Federal District), and Yury Nosov, Director General of the Presidential Library of the Russian Presidential Property Management Directorate, signed a cooperation agreement.
The document provides for the development of regional centres of the Presidential Library on the territory of six Urals regions, opening of new and modernisation of the existing electronic reading rooms.
