1943. The Presidential Library’s conference to be devoted to the turning point year of the Great Patriotic War
On October 20, 2023 at 10:00 the Presidential Library will host the opening of the All-Russian Scientific Conference “1943 – the year of a decisive turning point in the history of the Great Patriotic War. Marking the 80th anniversary of the victory of Soviet troops in the Battles of Stalingrad and Kursk and the breaking of the siege of Leningrad”. The co-organizer of the event is the Russian Military Historical Society.
The XI Anti-Counterfeiting International Forum to be held at the Presidential Library
The XI Anti-Counterfeiting-2023 International Forum, dedicated to the issues of protecting the markets of the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union from counterfeiting and falsification, the introduction of modern digital mechanisms, labeling and traceability systems, exchange of best practices in legal regulation in the field of standardization and certification, as well as protection of intellectual property rights will be held on October 5–6, 2023 in St. Petersburg, in the Presidential Library, subordinate to the Administrative Directorate of the President of the Russian Federation.

Agreement with the online encyclopedia Ruwiki will be signed on on October 3, 2023 at 9:30 within the framework of the International Conference of Librarians of the CIS Countries “Cultural Diversity of the Commonwealth: Library Initiatives”, which is held at the Presidential Library.

The Presidential Library hosts International Russian language Olympiad for foreign schoolchildren and students
The Olympiad “Russia in the Electronic World” in the subject “Russian as a Foreign Language” is held by the Presidential Library from October 2, 2023 to March 28, 2024. Foreign citizens, schoolchildren over 14 years old and students, are invited to join the contest.
The Presidential Library provides the Annual Integration Forum
On September 28–29, 2023 the Belinsky Sverdlovsk Regional Universal Scientific Library and the Presidential Library in St. Petersburg host the XIV Scientific and Practical Conference “Cultural Heritage: Integration of Resources in the Digital Space” as part of the Annual Integration Forum.
The Presidential Library provides the Knowledge Forum 2023
On September 26 and 27, 2023, the Presidential Library will host the annual Knowledge Forum, the main theme of which will be “The role of culture in education: the Past and the Present”. It will bring together specialists from the largest libraries in Russia, scientists and science popularizers, teachers from higher educational institutions, history teachers, methodologists from information and methodological centers in St. Petersburg, university and college students, and schoolchildren.
Heads of regional centers of the Presidential Library to bring together at the anniversary annual meeting
The X All-Russian annual retreat of the heads of regional centers and partners of the Presidential Library will be held from September 23-29, 2023 within the framework of the Annual Integration Forum. For the first time, the meeting will be held in a new format: for 7 days, the heads of regional centers will meet at different sites in the territory of three subjects of the Ural Federal District (Tyumen, Kurgan, Sverdlovsk Regions), a total of 15 sites are planned to be visited.
