Presidential Library presents materials for schoolchildren
The International Children's Day is celebrated in Russia on June 1st. For some children, the first day of summer coincides with the start of their holidays, while others have exams to prepare for. The Presidential Library, however, pays special attention to young users and offers them the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge in modern and convenient formats, as well as to broaden their horizons in an interesting way.
Mikhail Glinka in the memoirs of his contemporaries
On June 1st, 2024, the 220th anniversary of the birth of Russian composer Mikhail Ivanovich Glinka will be celebrated. He is the creator of the Russian National Opera and the founder of the Russian school of art music. The Presidential Library has posted a collection of digital copies of books, brochures, archival documents, and visual materials related to Glinka on Library's portal.
