The event was held as part of the 5th International Festival of Children's and Youth Creativity, dedicated this year to the image of Peter the Great in poetry and author's song of the 20th-21st centuries. The festival was organized by the Alexander Gorodnitsky Foundation for the Development and Popularization of Poetry and Author's Song and the Pushkin All-Russian Museum.
