Stavropol and Caucasus will have access to the Presidential Library collections
June 27, 2013 the Presidential Library signed a cooperation agreement with the North Caucasian Federal University, located in Stavropol. The institution will house the electronic reading room with access to the resources of the first national digital library in Russia.
