On October 23–24, 2025, Moscow will host the All-Russian Forum of History and Social Studies Teachers. A delegation from the Presidential Library, led by Director General Yuri Nosov, takes part in the event.
Presidential Library participates in International Congress in Belarus
The Presidential Library of the Administrative Directorate of the President of Russian Federation is participating in the 12th International Congress "The Library as a Cultural Phenomenon," dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. The event will be held on October 23–24, 2025, at the National Library of Belarus in Minsk.
Presidential Library presents new collection dedicated to anniversary of Alexander Suvorov
November 24 (13 according to the old calendar) marks the 295th anniversary of the birth of Count Alexander Vasilyevich Suvorov (1730–1800), the great Russian commander who never lost a battle and was awarded all Russian and many foreign orders of his time.

Presidential Library participates in events with Human Rights Commissioner in Russian Federation
On October 22 and 23, 2025, in Moscow, the Presidential Library of the Adminisatrtive Directorate of the President of Russian Federation will participate in the anniversary 10th meeting of the Eurasian Alliance of Ombudsmen on the topic "Protecting the rights of residents of hard-to-reach, remote, and rural areas" and the 9th International Scientific and Practical Conference "Problems of Human Rights Protection: Exchange of Best Practices of Ombudsmen" on the topic "Human Rights Protection in the Context of Digitalization of Society." Ombudsmen from more than 60 countries are participating in the events.
Presidential Library's new electronic collection dedicated to 155th anniversary of Ivan Alekseyevich Bunin
155 years ago, on October 22 (October 10 according to the old calendar) 1870, Ivan Alekseevich Bunin was born – an outstanding writer, poet, and translator, the first Russian winner of the Nobel Prize in Literature (1933). His work was "removed" from literary circulation for many years due to his emigration – in the Soviet Union, the first collection of I. A. Bunin's works was published only in 1956.
Presidential Library marks 255th anniversary of Ivan Krusenstern
November 19 (October 8 according to the old calendar) 2025 marks the 255th anniversary of the birth of Ivan Fyodorovich Krusenstern (1770–1846), an outstanding navigator, prominent figure in the Russian navy, admiral, leader of the first Russian circumnavigation expedition of 1803–1806, and director of the Naval Cadet Corps.
First All-Russian Forum of Tour Guides opened at Presidential Library
On October 21, 2025, the First All-Russian Forum of Tour Guides began its work at the Presidential Library.
Ostrom Gospel: unique monument of Slavic culture on portal of Presidential Library
The Ostromir Gospel is the oldest surviving Old Russian manuscript book, and it holds a special place in the history of Slavic writing and culture. A digital copy of the original manuscript, the Ostromir Gospel (1056–1057), which is kept in the Russian National Library, is available on the Presidential Library's portal.
Exhibition dedicated to 70th anniversary of St. Petersburg Metro opened at Presidential Library
On October 20, 2025, the Presidential Library hosted the grand opening of an exhibition dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the St. Petersburg Metro, the largest transport enterprise in Russia's northern capital.
