24 November 2011 the Consul General of the Republic of Hungary in St. Petersburg Sergey Syth officially visited the Presidential Library. During the visit he learned about the activities of the library.
Presidential Library signed cooperation agreement with Moscow Region
The Boris Yeltsin Presidential Library signed a cooperation agreement with Moscow Region Government on November 22 2011 in Pushkino, Moscow Region. The joint work is to result in foundation of the Presidential Library’s branch in the region.

Open lecture center was launched at the Presidential Library
17 November 2011, on the eve of the 300th birthday anniversary of M. V. Lomonosov, the Presidential Library launched a video lecture center. The audience in the library as well as Internet users will have an opportunity to assist lectures of representatives of the leading academic and educational institutions of Russia.

3 November 2011, in the context of the “Gallipoli Case” project, the Boris Yeltsin Presidential Library hosted an International Theoretical and Practical Conference “Gallipoli Stand”. Scholars presented their researches on the tragic and little known page of the history of the White Guards movement.
