Presidential Library marks anniversary of Leningrad Region
1 August 2025 will mark the 98th anniversary of the Day of the Leningrad Region's formation. The region celebrates its birthday every year in different cities. This time the centre of celebrations on 2 August will be the jubilee town of Kirishi. This year, one of the largest industrial centres of the 47th region turned 60 years old.
Presidential Library took part in solemn ceremony dedicated to heroes of Russo-Turkish War of 1768–1774
On 31 July 2025 the delegation of the Presidential Library of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation headed by Director General Yuri Nosov - Chairman of the St. Petersburg Regional Branch of the Russian Military Historical Society took part in the solemn ceremony of laying flowers at the Kagul (Rumyantsevsky) obelisk in Catherine Park in the city of Pushkin. The event took place on the eve of the 255th anniversary of the heroic victory of the Russian army over the Turkish troops in the Battle of Cahul River.
