On 22 April 2025, the Presidential Library hosted a meeting with the editorial staff of Komsomolskaya Pravda, one of the most popular and influential newspapers in Russia, which celebrated its 100th anniversary this year. The event took place as part of the video lecture "Knowledge of Russia" and became a platform for discussing the history, modernity and development prospects of this legendary publication. Irina Potekhina, Vice-Governor of St. Petersburg, who has a rich experience of work in "Komsomolskaya Pravda in St. Petersburg", where she was the General Director, made a welcoming speech.
Director General of the Presidential Library Yuri Nosov, welcoming the guests and participants of the video lecture, stressed that the event was a joint project with the editorial staff of "Komsomolskaya Pravda" and expressed hope for further fruitful cooperation and replenishment of the library's collection with new editions of the newspaper.
