"Friendly Petersburg": welcome to the Presidential Library’s tour

On April 30, 2022 at 12:00 the Presidential Library will host a tour as part of the annual social campaign "Friendly Petersburg". The campaign is organized by the St. Petersburg Tourism Development Committee and the "City Tourist Information Bureau".

This is the eighth and final lesson from the cycle of lessons "The origins of St. Petersburg hospitality: events, people, places", organized by the Presidential Library in cooperation with the St. Petersburg State University of Economics.

History and Culture: Exhibition “My Dear Family…”, dedicated to Mikhail Sholokhov’s family, is opening in Rostov-on-Don

On December 20, 2018 the Sholokhov Center of M. A. Sholokhov Museum-Reserve in Rostov-on-Don is mounting a new exhibition “My Dear Family…”. The display presents unique memorial items, which will help visitors step into the world of the great writer’s family, enjoy the hospitable atmosphere of the estate in Vyoshenskaya stanitsa (rural locality), where the Sholokhov family lived since 1949.

The Presidential Library joined the campaign dedicated to the World Tourism Day

On September 26, 2020, the Presidential Library hosted tours for St. Petersburg residents and city guests, which was held as part of a social campaign in honor of World Tourism Day, celebrated annually on September 27. The campaign "The unique charm of hospitable St. Petersburg" has been initiated by the Committee for Tourism Development of St. Petersburg together with the city enterprises of the tourism industry and the hospitality industry.
