Information Technologies and Culture: Vladimir Region launched Virtual Concert Halls

On September 26, 2020, the Virtual Concert Hall of the Vladimir Regional Philharmonic Society will launch its work. This day, it will provide an online broadcast of the concert of the Tchaikovsky State Academic Symphony Orchestra conducted by Vladimir Fedoseev, the USSR People's Artist, Laureate of the USSR State Prize and the Glinka RSFSR State Prize. The orchestra will play "Romeo and Juliet" fantasy overture by Pyotr Tchaikovsky.

On October 3–4, 2019 the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, the Federal Chancellery and the Ministry for Family Affairs, Women, and Youth of the Republic of Austria are holding the Russian-Austrian Youth Creative Forum in Vienna. The event has brought together young culture professionals, artists and students of the arts universities from Russia and Austria. The program includes presentation sessions, roundtable discussions and workshops.

Deakin University has received funding to implement video conferencing facilities to teach students in rural areas. The federal government funding over $300,000 will allow students to fill mental health workforce shortages. Students of the Deakin University Faculty of Medicine usually undertake their mental health clinical placements in regional sites clinics, though lecturers are working in the central campus in Geelong, major city of Australia.
