A preliminary agreement with the USA, Great Britain and France on their participation in the Parade on the Red Square in Moscow in commemoration of the 65th Victory Anniversary, has been reached, informed V. I. Kozhin, Head of the Department of Presidential affairs at the briefing on Thursday.
