Memory of Russia: Exhibition of M.B. Grekov Studio of Military Artists launched in Moscow

The Museum and Exhibition Center “Worker and Kolkhoz Woman” in Moscow has launched an exhibition of the M.B. Grekov Studio of Military Artists timed to anniversary dates of the World War II – 70th anniversary of the beginning of the Great Patriotic War, 70th anniversary of the Battle of Moscow, 65th anniversary of the Nuremberg Trials. The exhibition showcases graphic, pictorial and sculptural works of the studio’s artists of different years.

A new documentary presented at the Presidential Library

On January 26, 2024, a screening and discussion of the new documentary “Studio in the Shelling Square” was held as part of the Presidential Library’s cinema club meeting. The film was created at the Prosveshcheniye studio. The scriptwriter and director of the film is Lyudmila Shakht, the general producer is Ekaterina Desyatkina, the producer is Lyudmila Leontyeva. The plot tells about the life of the besieged city, captured on tens of thousands of meters of newsreels.

Formation of Digital Collections'', which takes place in the region on September 15-19.

In the unique interiors of the historical building, pupils from schools № 1520 named after the Kaptsovs and № 283 were introduced to the activities of one of the largest information and educational centers in the country, and were also told about its capabilities for organizing the modern educational process.
