The Russian National Museum of Music presents an online exhibition "Play, Liszt!". It marks the 210th anniversary of the Hungarian composer Franz Liszt. The collection features the pianist's autographs, musical and literary manuscripts, paintings and graphic works.

Mark Sweeney, chief of the Serial and Government Publications Division, recently unveiled a newspaper-size scanner that is available for use by readers. According to book2net, the company that makes the scanner, it is the first and only one of its kind in the United States—and so far the only one at the Library.

On the Geo portal of the Russian Geographical Society is published a Map of the Caucasus with the surrounding parts of Turkey and Persia. The first sheets of this map were first published in 1869 in Tiflis (Tbilisi, Georgia).
Турции и Персии. Первые листы этой карты были впервые изданы в 1869 году в Тифлисе (Тбилиси, Грузия... и дополнялась новыми листами, а в период с 1902 по 1914 год была полностью исправлена. В 1921-1922 годах... данные впоследствии использовались для уточнения карты и последующего переиздания листов.
Листы позднего..., что связано с переходом к метрической системе единиц. Легенда к карте печаталась на листах... её в течение почти 70 лет с момента составления первых листов. В настоящее время она несёт ценную... частями Турции и Персии. Первые листы этой карты были впервые изданы в 1869 году в Тифлисе (Тбилиси, Грузия).

ELAR Corporation has finalized another stage of a digitization project. Its purpose is to convert documents from the Archival Collections of Murmansk Region into the digital format. Around 600.000 pages of documents have been already digitized as part of the project within the framework of the regional program “Information Society”.

Since February 22, 2018 in the main building of the Novgorod Museum-Reserve, the exhibition "Ancient Moscow of Apollinariy Vasnetsov. Autolithographs from the collections of the Novgorod Museum-Reserve". The exhibition features twelve sheets of the album "A. Vasnetsov. Ancient Moscow. Autolithographs", published in the early 1920s in Soviet Russia. In 2007, these lithographs were transferred to the Novgorod Museum-Reserve by the famous Novgorod art lover and philanthropist Alexander Odinokov.

The website of the Moscow's Main Archives (cgamos.ru) in the Unique Documents section releases 47 drawings, 89 photographs and 39 pages of text documents of three unrealized projects of the Soviet period: the eighth Stalin skyscraper, the Pantheon and the Kolhoznik's House on Kalanchevskaya Street. These documents allow imagining the capital's views as if these buildings were constructed.

Until August 18, 2019 the Museum of Tropinin and Moscow Artists of His Time is holding an exhibition of rare graphic works of the Italian master Giacomo Quarenghi from the private collection of Sergei Tchoban — famous Russian and German architect, winner of the European Prize for Architecture, founder of the Museum of Architectural Drawing in Berlin. The exhibition spotlights the career of the Italian architect in Russia, which lasted for almost 40 years.
