Today, the Presidential Library, which opened May 27, 2009 in St. Petersburg, celebrates its fifth anniversary. The main tasks of the library are: the preservation of electronic copies of documents on the history, theory and practice of the Russian state and Russian language as the official language of the Russian Federation and organization of the most comprehensive access to them.
