Presidential Library presented educational project on contribution of financial and economic front to Great Victory
On 8 September 2025, the Presidential Library hosted a presentation of an educational interactive project entitled "War and Money. Price and Values" and an exhibition dedicated to the financial and economic front of the Great Patriotic War and the Siege of Leningrad. The events were timed to coincide with the 84th anniversary of the start of the Siege of Leningrad and were held on Finance Day, which is celebrated annually in Russia.
New academic collection from Presidential Library dedicated to decisive victories of the Red Army in Great Patriotic War
In September 2025, a new scientific collection of the Presidential Library was published in two parts as part of the Electronic Archive series. The publication can be accessed on the library's portal from anywhere in the world.
Presidential Library took part in launch of nationwide campaign "In the Footsteps of the Kamchatka Expedition. For the Glory of Motherland"
The All-Russian campaign "In the Footsteps of the Kamchatka Expedition. For the Glory of the Motherland" was launched in Vladivostok. The event took place on 5 September 2025 as part of the 10th anniversary Eastern Economic Forum.
Presidential Library and Vitus Bering Kamchatka State University agreed to cooperate
On 5 September 2025, in Vladivostok, as part of the 10th Eastern Economic Forum, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Presidential Library of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation and Vitus Bering Kamchatka State University, as well as a roadmap for 2026.
Publications on Russian-Chinese relations to be added to Presidential Library's collection
As part of the 10th Eastern Economic Forum, Vera Shchekina, Rector of Blagoveshchensk State Pedagogical University, presented printed and electronic books on Russian-Chinese relations to the Presidential Library Fund of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation. The event took place on 4 September 2025 at the Amur Region stand.
Russia's Ministry of Development of Russian Far East and Presidential Library to launch joint educational projects
At the Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok, an agreement on cooperation was signed between the Ministry of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East and Arctic and the Boris Yeltsin Presidential Library of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation. The document was signed on 4 September 2025 by Elvira Nurgaliyeva, Deputy Head of the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East, and Yuri Nosov, Director General of the Presidential Library.
Presidential Library and Sakhalin State University develope cooperation
On 4 September 2025, at the 10th Eastern Economic Forum, the Presidential Library of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation and Sakhalin State University signed a cooperation plan between the institutions – a roadmap for 2026. The document was signed by Yuri Nosov, Director General of the Presidential Library, and Alexander Samardak, Rector of Sakhalin State University.
Archival documents on Presidential Library's portal tell story of World War II end
The Сollection of digitized archival documents, film and photo materials World War II in Archival Documents, posted on the Presidential Library portal was replenished with 250 new documents from federal and departmental archives of Russia, which cover the events of the period from June 25 1945.
Naval Knowledge Day – at Presidential Library
On 3 September 2025, the Presidential Library hosted its annual conference dedicated to Naval Knowledge Day. The theme of the conference was 'The People's Commissariat for the Navy and People's Commissar for the Navy N. G. Kuznetsov in the Soviet-Japanese War: August–September 1945'.
Presidential Library and Jewish Autonomous Region plan joint projects
At the Eastern Economic Forum, held in Vladivostok from 3 to 6 September, the document was signed by Yuri Nosov, Director General of the Presidential Library of the Administratiev Directorate of the President of the Russian Federation, and Maria Kostyuk, Acting Governor of the Jewish Autonomous Region.
