We continue to accept applications for the V All-Russian annual media contest Kavkaz.doc, designed to capture the North Caucasus in all its manifestations. The contest is supported by the Presidential Library, the Head and Government of Karachay-Cherkessia. The Presidential Library is one of the organizers of the IX All-Russian Forum of Public Libraries Modernization of Municipal Libraries in the Strategy for the Development of Librarianship of the Russian Federation, which will be held on November 12-13, 2021 in St. Petersburg at the National Library of Russia.
