Leading expert in etiquette Ivan Artsishevsky to tell about the culture of business communication

The fourth meeting with the leading expert in the field of etiquette and protocol of Russia Ivan Artsishevsk will be held on October 15, 2019 at 12 a.m. in the Presidential Library as part of a series of video lectures on etiquette.

Ivan Sergeyevich will reveal the topic “Etiquette and Culture of Business Communication”. Speech etiquette is a necessary component of business communication, and its observance is the most important condition for the effective work of a leader and professional.

Ivan Artsishevsky was born in China, in a family of builders of the Eastern Railway. At 17, he first appeared in the USSR, where he stayed to live, but traveled a lot in connection with work. For a long time he headed the Office of the State Protocol of the Administration of St. Petersburg. Currently, Ivan Artsishevsky shares his experience with students of Russian and foreign universities.

One can learn about the structure of modern etiquette, a systematic approach to it and also gain practical skills at his lectures which have been held in the Presidential Library since 2018.

We invite anyone to participate in the event, ask a question or speak up on the results of the lecture. We look forward to an interesting and informative dialogue.

The event will be broadcast live on the portal, in the official group on the VKontakte social network as well as on the Presidential Library’s YouTube channel.
