Marking Fyodor Dostoevsky’s 200th anniversary: the Presidential Library to spotlight the role of animals in the writer's oeuvre
October 26, 2021, at 11:00 Moscow time, the Presidential Library will host a video lecture entitled "Animals in the Works of Dostoevsky" as part of the Knowledge of Russia project. The event will be the eighth in the series of lectures "Fyodor Dostoevsky – Conversation about Values" dedicated to the 200th anniversary of the birth of the world famous writer, which will be celebrated on November 11, 2021.
The Presidential Library to spotlight the constitutional right of citizens to economic activity
On October 25, 2021, at 11:00 Moscow time, the Presidential Library will host a video lecture entitled "The Constitutional Right of Citizens to Entrepreneurial and Other Economic Activities Not Prohibited by Law" within the framework of the Knowledge of Russia project. The event will be the fourth in the series of lectures "A man, his rights and freedoms - the highest constitutional value".
The Presidential Library provides an advanced professional training
From October 25 to November 2, 2021, the Presidential Library will implement an advanced professional training "Formation of Integrated Library Catalogues".
The overall program comprises 32 academic hours. The course is performed in a distance learning mode.

The multimedia exhibition "Baikal - a World Treasure" launches at the Presidential Library on October 25, 2021. The exposition is prepared by the National Library of Republic of Buryatia, a partner of the Presidential Library.

History of the Russian Navy displayed at the Presidential Library
October 18, 2021 – January 23, 2022 the Presidential Library hosts the grand opening of the exhibition “Sea Vessels to Be!": Marking the 325th anniversary of the founding of the Navy and the 115th anniversary of the founding of the Russian submarine fleet”. The event was organized by the Presidential Library in cooperation with the United Shipbuilding Corporation.
