Everyone is encouraged to take part in the XII International Scientific and Practical Conference on Legal Regulation in the Electronic Environment "Law and Information: Issues of Theory and Practice").

The conference will take place on November 11, 2022 at the Presidential Library (St. Petersburg, Senate Square, 3). The conference starts at 10:00, registration of participants – at 9:00.

The main topics of the conference are issues of theory of information technology law, practice of its implementation and application, development of information legislation and library management legislation, legal aspects of the establishment of a single Russian electronic knowledge space, provision of access to the legal information, information security, legal regulation of the use of information technologies, development of digital government, digital economy. The purpose of the event is to discuss the recent results of scientific researches of domestic and foreign information legislation and related fields, the experience of legal implementation in the conditions of the digitalization process of modern society.
