Libraries and Society: 3rd Interregional Theoretical and Practical Conference “Library as a Custodian and Guide of the Cultural and Historical Heritage” to take place in Sevastopol

The 3rd Interregional Theoretical and Practical Conference “Library as a Custodian and Guide of the Cultural and Historical Heritage” will take place on September 5 – 6, 2018 in the Leo Tolstoy Central Library and the Regional Intercultural Communication Center in Sevastopol. It is timed to coincide with the 235th anniversary of Sevastopol and Leo Tolstoy’s 190th anniversary of birth.
