          On September 4, 2018 the Russian State Library Manuscript Department Reading Room (Moscow) launched the exhibition “Korolenko — a noble soul”, timed to mark the 165th anniversary of birth of Vladimir Korolenko - writer, journalist, public figure and human rights campaigner.
The exposition showcases manuscripts from Korolenko’s archive (essays, letters, photographs, biography documents, drawings etc.) and other archives of the Russian State Library Manuscript Department. The documents on display are available to experts and those, who take an interest in literature and history of Russia of the late 19th — early 20th cc.
The exhibition will be open until October 2, 2018.
