Vladimir Putin attended the unveiling ceremony for a monument to Alexander Solzhenitsyn in Tagansky District, Moscow on the 100th anniversary of the writer’s birth, which is marked on December 11. The author of the bronze monument on a granite pedestal is National Artist of Russia Andrei Kovalchuk.
