IT and Culture: Collections of the Film Museum and the Cinema Art Library to go digital

Director of the Film Museum, Larisa Solonitsyna, has announced that collections of the Film Museum and the Sergei Eisenstein Cinema Art Library, which is to become part of the museum, will be digitized.

“We are going to convert the entire content – all the collections of the Film Museum and all the collections of the Cinema Art Library into the digital format and create an absolutely unique database of artifacts of cinematographic heritage and literature on the cinema”, she said.
