IT and Archives: Rosarkhiv launches a pilot database of repositories of personnel-related records

The Federal Archival Agency (Rosarkhiv) presents a pilot version of the National Reference and Information System “Database of Repositories of Personnel Records”. It provides information on personnel-related records, which are housed in federal state archives.

The database is a ‘card index’ of organizations: each entry corresponds to a certain organization and contains information about the change of its name, subordination, latest dates of personnel-related documents, and a repository. The database is designed for searching personnel-related documents.
