The Year of Theatre in Russia 2019: “Theatrical Mosaic of Moscow” historical and documentary exhibition staged in Moscow

The Main Archive Directorate of Moscow, Exhibition Hall, presents the historical and documentary exhibition “Theatrical Mosaic of Moscow”, which is timed to the Year of Theatre in Russia. Materials on display highlight the history of theatre in the capital of Russia, which spans more than two centuries. The exhibition showcases historical documents and rare photographs as well as modern pictures, which spotlight Moscow as one of the major centers of theatre life in Russia and in the world. The exhibition will run until April 28.
