IT and Culture: First virtual concert hall to open in Dagestan in spring 2019

First virtual concert halls will be set up in dozens of regions of the Russian Federation, including Dagestan, in 2019.

The virtual concert hall will be opened in Makhachkala, in the Grand Hall of Maxim Gorky Russian Drama Theatre. Its launch and the official opening ceremony are due in April. The Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation is planning to open 500 virtual concert halls across the country by the end of 2024.
