Commemorative dates in Russia: Exhibition “Stories of the Russian Antarctic” mounted in Moscow to mark bicentenary of the first Russian Antarctic expedition

The exhibition “69° 21' 28''. Stories of the Russian Antarctic”, which marks the 200th anniversary of the first Russian Antarctic exhibition, will be open from November 23, 2019 to March 11, 2020 in the Museum of Heroes of the Soviet Union and Russia (Moscow). It has united several museums of Moscow and St. Petersburg, the Russian State Naval Archive, the State Public Historical Library, as well as researchers of the Antarctic, travellers, photographers and artists.
