President of Russia: Vladimir Putin in his Address to the Federal Assembly instructed to create a complete archive of documents about the Second World War

January 15, 2020 the President of Russia delivered the Address to the Federal Assembly. The ceremony took place at the Manezh Central Exhibition Hall.

In his speech, Vladimir Putin, in particular, noted: “This year we will celebrate the 75th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. For Russia, May 9 is the greatest and holiest holiday.
