Marking the 75th anniversary of the Great Victory: The All-Russian library campaign - the “24 hours” poetic marathon has been launched

Marking the 75th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, the Russian State Library for Young Adults with the support of the Ministry of Culture of Russia launched the All-Russian Library campaign - the “24 hours” poetic marathon. It contains a series of key events for the preparation and celebration of the 75th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, approved by the order of the Government of Russia on December 1, 2018.

All Russian libraries are invited to take part in the grand celebration of the 75th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War and join the marathon. Each registered library-participant will hold a contest and provide the best videos of young people reading the poems about war written by frontline poets and modern authors.

The All-Russian campaign “24 Hours” will be launched on May 6, 2020, on the Russian State Library for Young Adults YouTube channel.
