Museums of the World: International Festival Intermuseum-2020 to mark the 75th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War

The Organizing Committee meeting of the International festival Intermuseum-2020 was held at the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.

XXII International festival "Intermuseum-2020" will be held on May 27-31, 2020, at the "Manege" Central Exhibition Hall in Moscow. It will be marking the 75th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

Intermuseum is a unique platform not only for professionals but for a wide range of visitors as well. 50 Russian regions have already confirmed their participation in the festival - 146 museums will tell about themselves and their activities within the framework of Intermuseum. In 2020, the partners of the event will be Moscow and Moscow Region, the Komi Republic, Tula Region, Kaluga Region. Also in 2020, many foreign delegations are expected - 11 countries have confirmed their participation, including Hungary, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Belarus, Slovakia, Italy, Germany.

Traditionally the Festival structure includes expositions, business and culture programs, as well as a competition for museums-participants.
