Internet and History: Series of interactive online excursions "Moscow Walks" launched November 2, 2020

The Moscow House of Nationalities is launching a series of interactive online excursions "Moscow Walks". They are held from October 29 to December 7 as broadcasts on the Zoom platform. Anyone can join them for free. A total of 72 meetings are scheduled. They were arranged by historians and guides who are available for asking questions during the live broadcast.

During interactive online excursions, participants will learn the history of the streets and lanes in the centre of the capital. They will take virtual walks through the old estates, which now are the city parks, and learn new facts about city attractions. The guides will show photographs and documents, including archival records. Tours are intended for people of all ages.

Each live meeting lasts approximately two hours. One event may host up to 100 people. Participation requires prior registration. The online tour schedule, as well as registration, are available on the website of the Moscow House of Nationalities.
