Internet and Society: Official website of the Year of Science and Technology launched

Presidential Aide Andrey Fursenko and Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko chaired the first meeting of the organizing committee for the Year of Science and Technology in Russia. The meeting participants adopted proposals for the key events in the festive program. They also instructed the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation to submit a plan for approval by the Government.

During the meeting, they accepted visual images - a logo and a brand book of the Year, and launched the official website godnauki.rf.

The Year aims to tell the Russian citizens about the prominent achievements and scientists of Russia. During the year, the state will support educational events with the participation of leading scientists and launch educational platforms and open contests.
