Memory of Russia: International educational and patriotic campaign "Victory Dictation" to launch
In 2021, the "Victory Dictation" campaign will take place on April 29.
"Victory Dictation" is an international educational and patriotic campaign. Its participants can test their knowledge of the events of 1941-1945.
By tradition, the Victory Museum on Poklonnaya Gora will host the main events of the dictation.
The tests were developed by experts from the Russian Historical Society, the Russian Military Historical Society and the Russian State University for the Humanities.
This year marks the 80th anniversary of the beginning of the Great Patriotic War. Indeed, some of the questions will be devoted to the tragic events of the first stage of the war and the great commanders - Georgy Zhukov and Marshal Rokossovsky.
The terms of the dictation are the same. Participants will have to complete 25 tasks.
This year, foreigners also will have the opportunity to write the "Victory Dictation". The dictation sites will be located at the Rossotrudnichestvo Representative Offices. Separate blocks of questions are intended for the countries of the former USSR, the USA, the states of Asia and Europe.
Besides, anyone may check the knowledge of military history on the DiktantPobedy.RF website.
