Society and Culture: Thematic program marking the Constitution Day of the Russian Federation held in VDNKh in Moscow
On the eve of the Constitution Day of the Russian Federation, a free thematic program is held in VDNKh in Moscow.
Excursion Space Cities of Russia will be held on December 11 at one, three and five p.m. in the Cosmonautics and Aviation Centre. Visitors will have an opportunity to learn about the cities and enterprises of the domestic rocket and space industry. In addition, the Centre will host the lecture The History of Space Law at six p.m. Participants of the meeting will explore the principles of space law and the history of its development from the beginning of the era of space exploration to the present day.
On the same day at five p.m., the ‘Slovo’ Centre of Slavic Writing will host the excursion The Basic Law: from the Russkaya Pravda to the Constitution. Guests will be able to learn about the history of Russian Law, the impact of the adoption of Christianity and the emergence of writing on the formation of ethical and legal norms in Russia, the Russkaya Pravda, Nizhny Novgorod Republic and Sudebnik of Ivan the Terrible.
VDNKh annually host thematic programs, dedicated to public holidays. This year, visitors to the exhibition took part in the events marking Victory Day, Day of the State Flag of the Russian Federation, National Unity Day.
