65th Great Victory Anniversary: Perm launches “Thank you, heroes!” action

On February, 1 Perm is launching a social action in commemoration of the 65th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. This action aims to express public gratitude to the generation of winners by holding series of functions, which are going to take place within this year.

Thus, from February, 1 to May, 7 residents of Perm have a chance to express gratitude to every veteran of the city whether by sending a letter with congratulations and wishes or a present to the war veterans. All arrived will be given St. George Ribbons. In the closing of the action the author of the best letter or a hand-made present will receive a prize.

The Palace of Youth will also organize concerts for war veterans and dancing evenings with wind instruments accompaniment. Moreover, the Palace of the Youth has prepared an exhibition, dedicated to the Great Patriotic War.
