Boris Yeltsin Presidential library signs Cooperation Agreement with Magadan Oblast

On September 17 2010 in Magadan the Boris Yeltsin Presidential library Director General A.P. Vershinin and the Governor of Magadan Oblast N.N. Dudov signed a Cooperation Agreement concerning foundation of a regional center of the Presidential library. As a result in late 2010 people of Russia’s remote region will get an access to the library’s electronic resources.

The Agreement became a result of the session of the Council under the Plenipotentiary Envoy of the RF President in the Far-Eastern Federal District, which took place on June 1 2010.

In accordance with the order of the President of the Russian Federation of June 18 2007 branches of the Boris Yeltsin Presidential library will be set up in every region of the Russian Federation.
