Memorable dates of Russia: Exhibition marking the 300th birthday anniversary of M. Lomonosov in Moscow

September 3, 2011 the A. S. Pushkin Museum in Moscow opens “Mystery of Russian Culture” exhibition in honor of the 300^th birthday anniversary of M. Lomonosov.

The 300^th birthday anniversary of an outstanding compatriot, M. Lomonosov, will be celebrated November 19. The opening of the exhibition in Moscow is one of the first events marking the jubilee.

At the core of the exposition are unique editions, documentary evidences, portrait gallery, objects of the epoch from the holdings of the A. S. Pushkin Museum, state archives and museums of Russia.
