IT and Society: Russian Internet Week kicks off in Moscow

The Fourth Russian Internet Week (RIW–2011) is running October 19 – 21 2011 in Moscow.

RIW–2011 – is:

- a multi-stream three-day conference;

- a large-scale “INTERNET-2011” exhibition;

- variety of optional activities, presentations and promotion actions;

- special events and projects:

    - International conference “Internet and Law: Looking for Balance”;

    - Conference UpStart Conf / Innovations Alley and UpStart Contest of Start-ups.

RIW–2011 combines several trends and formats, which would be of interest to both relevant Internet specialists and general groups of Internet end-users.

Russian Internet Week has invited Russian business leaders, experts and specialists in Information Communications and Internet Technologies, staff members of Russian and foreign IT-companies, government officials, relevant ministries and agencies, Internet users, and the media.

A particular feature of RIW–2011 is its international status, the conference and the exhibition attract representatives of IT companies of CIS states and the Far Abroad.
