Prime Minister of Russia: Vladimir Putin speaks on limitations on Internet

During a live broadcast of “Conversation with Vladimir Putin” program on December 15th 2011 the Prime Minister of Russia spoke out against any limitations on Internet. He explained that Internet was a free, democratic environment and introducing limitations in it was a wrong thing to do.

The Head of the Government expressed hope that with time the cultural level of the Internet community would improve. “I believe that with improvement of general culture the situation on Internet will change too” – Vladimir Putin said.
