Internet resources: Mail.Ru portal launched the beta version of its new home page

March 1, 2012 the Mail.Ru Group announced the launch of a new beta version of its home page, which is available to everyone at mail.ru/new.

According to the Mail.Ru, for the new home page developers have emphasized the key services of the company, the design has become more visually simple, and the interface can be adapted to different screen resolutions. If desired, each user can now make this version of the Mail.Ru home page the start one just clicking "Always show this design" at the bottom of the site.

Now, the major projects of the company are better reflected on the new homepage of Mail.Ru: e-mail, instant messengers «Mail.Ru Agent" and ICQ, social networks, "My World" and "Classmates" and "Games" service. Users can see reports of new events in their profiles in social networks right on the main page Mail.Ru, more to that, the information appears on the site automatically without updating the page.

Compared with the previous version, the interface of the new home page has been simplified and structured:  now the site features less content making it easier to find the right information.
